Hera Lash & Beauty LLC By Scarlett is a private, independently owned beauty studio nestled inside Scarlet boutique. Though we share a location (and proper name) we are a separate business with our own schedule, services, and policies. You’ll receive a fully personalized experience in a relaxing, one-on-one environment. To help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, we ask that you do not bring a guest unless it is medically necessary.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both your time and the time of other clients, the following cancellation policy is in effect:
✨ 24-Hour Notice Required
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same day communicated cancellation to reschedule will result in being charged half of the service fee.
✨ Late Cancellations
Any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
✨Late fee
If you are 10 mins late+ and we still use the full appointment time there will be a $10 charge added on. Lash extension clients- it is extremely important that you are here at your scheduled appointment time with clean lashes.
✨ No-Shows
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
✨ Payment Method
The fee will be charged to the card on file or added to your next appointment before services can be rendered.
